Prices and Payment

All our prices are in Swedish Krona (SEK) and includes 25% Value Added Tax (VAT). At checkout you will see the total price including all fees, VAT and shipping costs. However, if you are shopping from outside European Union your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes which are charged you directly by your local Customs once your package reaches your country. In such circumstances the price at checkout is exclusive of all taxes and duties.

At checkout you will be re-directed to PayPal for secure payment via PayPal balance, credit card or bank account. (Soon you will be able to pay directly with VISA and Mastercard via ePay).

Our webshop is powered by Shopify and is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant (PCI DSS stands for Payment Card Industry Security Standard). Read more on http://www.shopify.com/pci-compliant. All transactions are secure and encrypted with 128-bit SSL Certificates and we do not store any of your credit card or payment information.

When your order is finalised at checkout, your order will be charged for and we will send you a confirmation via e-mail. When your order is ready for delivery we will send a new confirmation including a delivery ID.

Shipping and Delivery

We use the Swedish Postal Service Posten for shipping within Sweden.  A shipping fee will be added to your order at checkout. The amount is dependent on where you live.

Nordic countries: 59 SEK

European Union (excluding Nordic): 99 SEK

Outside European Union: 199 SEK

We normally ship once per week. Approximate delivery time
 is 5 working days for Nordics, 10 working days within European Union (excl. Nordics) and 20 working days
 outside European Union. Note that the delivery times are dependent on correct shipping/billing information at checkout, please carefully control that all information is correct. Should there be an excessive delay with the dispatch of your order we will contact you as soon as possible.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less shipping charges (and taxes/customs duties for outside EU shopping). You must contact us within 14 days from receipt of your order and send an e-mail to info@baboko.com together with a photo of the item you wish to return and a clear message that you wish to return the item together with a copy of your order confirmation e-mail. We will process your return as quickly as possible and send you a return reference number in order for you to return the item. You are responsible for the costs of return shipping and we will pay for the return of exchange items. We will only refund items that you send back to us in their original packaging and in the conditions they were received. If the item itself or the plastic wrapping/seal is damaged you have no right to return. We recommend that you return the item via an insured, trackable and prepaid mail service. Note that BA.BO.KO will no be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in return shipment.

Should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us via phone or e-mail as soon as possible, but no later that 14 days after receipt and send us a photo of the damage. If your package has been damaged during shipping, please contact your local post office or shipping agent to fill out a damage report. You may contact our Customer Service should you need assistance with the procedure.

Your right to return items are protected under the EU Directive on Consumer Rights and Svensk lag om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokal.

Orders not picked up by you in time will be returned to us. We reserve the right to debit you the cost for resending the packaged to you and handling charges.

Pictures and descriptions

The dimensions listed provide a good guide to the size of the original and print, however, they may not be 100% accurate as certain originals and prints are cut by hand or have an irregular shape.  We try to show the colours of the items as accurately as possible but we can not guarantee that the colours shown on your device exactly reproduce the colour of the item in reality. This can occur due to a wide range of factors such as different monitor settings, computer hardware, colour bits depth and numerous other reasons.

Privacy Policy

When you place an order with us you state your personal data. In connection with your registrations and ordering you agree that we store and use your information in our business in order to fulfil the agreement to you. You are always welcome to control your registered personal information and if it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant you can request that the information shall be corrected or deleted. Please contact us via e-mail.

General

If you are under 18 years old, you always need approval from your guardian/parents to be allowed to make a purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel your order in the event of incorrect quantities in stock or price errors due to any technical difficulties.
